3. Contracts and Cancellations
   All services are provided under contract agreements with well-defined service goals and timelines.
   Customers may cancel the contract at any time by providing one (1) month’s prior written notice to Toplink SEO.
   Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the notice period.
4. Payment Terms
   Payment for services is required upfront as specified in individual contracts.
   Toplink SEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time or in accordance with the contract terms.
5. Refund Policy
   If Toplink SEO fails to deliver services as per the agreed contract, customers are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of determining that services were not provided as outlined. The refund amount will be based on the specific services not rendered.
6. Performance Disclaimer
   Toplink SEO uses industry best practices to deliver effective SEO and Google Ad campaigns. However, due to factors beyond our control, such as search engine algorithm updates or market competition, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings or ad performance. While we aim to meet agreed-upon goals, results may vary.
7. Customer Responsibilities
   To facilitate the provision of services, customers are required to:

• Provide timely access to relevant digital platforms (e.g., website, hosting, Google Analytics).
• Share accurate business information and marketing goals.
• Failure to provide required access or information may result in delays or service interruptions for which Toplink SEO will not be held liable.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content and materials provided by Toplink SEO, including reports, strategies, and digital assets, remain the intellectual property of Toplink SEO unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Customers may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without prior consent.
9. Website Usage
   By accessing the Toplink SEO website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the site to:
